This policy explains what information Novatrope, Inc. (“Novatrope”, “we”) collects through aicustomerservice.us, through our AI phone line, and through advertising we run, and what we do with it. Novatrope, Inc. is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Information you give us

  • When you request a free trial or contact us — your name, your business name, your email address, and a phone number for us to reach you or to route your callers to. You may also tell us about your business, your hours, and the questions your callers ask, so the AI agent can be set up for you.
  • When you respond to one of our ads — if you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn passes us the contact details shown to you on that form, which typically come from your LinkedIn profile.
  • When you subscribe — payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Phone calls

Our demonstration line and the AI lines we operate for customers work by converting speech to text, generating a reply, and converting that reply back to speech. This means that what you say on a call is transcribed and processed by automated systems, and a written transcript of the conversation is created and emailed to the business you called (for the demonstration line, that is us).

If a call is transferred to a person, or if you leave a message, that portion of the call is recorded as an audio file so the message can be transcribed and passed on. Recordings and transcripts are stored on our servers.

If you would prefer not to be recorded or transcribed, please do not use the phone line — email us instead.

Information collected automatically

Our web server logs your IP address, the pages you request, the time, and your browser type. We also use the following third-party tools on this site: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, a TikTok advertising pixel, and a LinkedIn Insight Tag. These set cookies or similar identifiers and allow us to measure which ads bring people here and to show ads to people who have visited.

Service providers we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that make the service work:

  • Anthropic — generates the AI agent’s replies from the conversation text.
  • xAI — converts speech to text and text back to speech.
  • PayPal — processes subscription payments.
  • Google, LinkedIn and TikTok — analytics and advertising measurement.
  • Our telephone carriers, which handle call routing.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Call transcripts, recordings and enquiry details are kept while they are useful for supporting you and improving the service. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it.
  • Block cookies in your browser, which will stop most of the tracking above.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
